Auckland Airport’s online shopping experience

Orders are not being processed due to COVID-19 outbreak

From Thursday 8th October, Auckland, like the rest of the country, has moved to the Alert Level 1. While this is in place our international borders remain closed as per government’s advice. We are unfortunately unable to resume The Mall online shopping for international flights. We are monitoring the situation daily and should we see a minimum service level return then we will reassess and provide updated information on The Mall website. In the meantime, no orders can be processed or packed. If you require any assistance with your existing order, please email our Customer Service team on help@themall.co.nz. We are certainly looking forward to operate as per usual as soon as it deems possible and offer you the opportunity to shop on The Mall at your convenience.

Please note however that orders placed on The Mall domestic experience can be processed now for any upcoming domestic flights.
