Our Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to you when you purchase a product from us on The Mall, and you agree to be bound by our Terms.

We do our best to display accurate information, however, we do not guarantee the information is always up to date, accurate or complete, including product descriptions, photographs or pricing information.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. If you are purchasing for domestic travel our prices are inclusive of 15% goods and services tax. If you are purchasing for international travel our prices are exclusive of goods and services tax (“GST”).

We may change our prices at any time, however, if you submit an order for a product before any price change, then the purchase price for the product will be the price that was displayed at the time you submitted your order.

From time to time we may feature promotions on our products on The Mall.  These offers may be for a limited time only and all discounted products will be returned to their original price once the promotion is over. Promotional prices are only applicable during the promotional period.

Products bought during the promotional period will not be eligible for return or refund based on our returns policy.

There may be additional Terms and Conditions for each promotion. Please review these before making purchases.

The Mall accepts the following payment type : credit cards ( Visa & MasterCard), Union Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay. All cards and payment wallets are charged immediately upon placement of a successful order. 

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria

Handbags, small leather goods and accessories purchased on The Mall are protected from the original date of receipt by a 6 month limited warranty (proof of purchase required). The warranty does not cover damages arising from normal wear and tear, dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Michael Kors.

If a non-conforming handbag, small leather good or accessory is replaced, the original item will not be returned to the customer.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights.

 

Proof of purchase

Please save your order confirmation as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. 

 

Conditions and exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Michael Kors.

Note that The Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for replacement.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from us on The Mall.  When you collect your product, you will be able to inspect it. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you will be able to request a return and refund for the full purchase price you have paid. The Collection Point team at Auckland Airport will be able to assist you with this at the time of inspection.

If you have purchased your product from The Mall Domestic and the product was not on promotion and you wish to return it following collection, please contact help@themall.co.nz and inform them of the reason for the return. They will advise you where to deliver the product to.

We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure the return can be processed.

Refunds

You can expect a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes, where applicable, within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Variations in colour and texture are the prised characteristics of beautiful, tanned leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines that are supplied with your purchase for further information on caring for your handbag or small leather item.

 If you need to have your Michael KORS product repaired or obtain a replacement for lost or broken parts, please contact help@themall.co.nz and they will contact us so we can advise the next steps.
