A helpful guide for your carry on luggage
Jetstar and Air New Zealand have their own restrictions when it comes to what you can carry on board your domestic flight.
We have put together this helpful guide to help you understand weight and size restrictions and the items you can pack in your carry on luggage to make passing through security as seamless as it can be.
Weight and size restrictions
Jetstar and Air New Zealand both allow you to carry two items, one small and one main, with a combined weight of 7kg on board your flight.
Your small item must fit under the seat in front of you and your main item must fit in the overhead locker. Please see the table below for more information.
Tip: Weigh your hand luggage with a small luggage weighing scale to ensure you are within the limit.
