The Collection Point is open at international terminal for both arriving and departing flights now. Please check with your airlines for the latest information on the flights (or refer to our AIAL flight board). If your flight details have changed or you need assistance with your recent purchase please contact us at help@themall.co.nz

Buy now pick up later
When you shop on The Mall's domestic experience, you can enjoy the convenience of planning and paying for your purchases ahead of your travel with safe, contactless pick up in the Domestic Terminal.
How does it work?
Step 1: Shop
When you place an order, choose where you would like to pick it up from. It will then show in your order confirmation email.
Step 2: Confirm
When your order is ready for collection, we will send you a Ready to Collect email reminder.
Step 3: Collect
On your day of travel, follow the email instructions to your selected Collection Point in the Domestic Terminal.
Where do I pick up?
You'll find The Mall's Collection Point in the Domestic Terminal before you pass through security, located between 3 Wise Men and Travelex. The Collection Point is open from 5am to 10pm NZST.
Please ensure you bring the following with you when you pick up your order:
- Your order confirmation email
- Your driver's licence or valid photo identification
We ask you to observe all guidelines within the terminal for social distancing and encourage you to wear a face covering when you cannot maintain physical distance from people you do not know.
