We accept exchanges only in their original condition within 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase. This policy is not applicable for sale items.

Accuracy of Product Descriptions

If a product that you have purchased is not as described or pictured, you may return that product to us in an unused condition and we will provide a refund for the product to you.

If you have placed an order for a product that is no longer available (or becomes unavailable), the Mall (on behalf of NZ Health Group) will advise you of this and we will provide you with a refund.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and if you are travelling internationally are exclusive of goods and services tax (GST) and if you are purchasing for travel domestically are inclusive of goods and services tax. We may change the prices at any time, however if you submit an order for a product before any price change, then the purchase price for the product will be the price that was displayed at the time you submitted your order.
NZ Health Group offers online only pricing on selected items available exclusively for The Mall customers, these prices can not be matched in store. Qualifying items are identified with the 'Online Only' label. Selected items on online only prices are available for a limited time, while stock lasts and can be changed without prior notice given.
Warranty
Subject to any of our legal obligations, NZ Health Group will replace your product within 12 months of purchase if it has faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. We ask that you return your product as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement.
