AirPlay 2 Receiver
WiiM Pro turns your stereo into an AirPlay 2-enabled receiver. Stream your favorite music from your iOS and Mac devices or stream TV audio from Apple TV. Use Siri on your phone or HomePod to control music selection, volume, and playback. WiiM Pro is an easy and affordable way to connect your Apple devices to your favorite audio equipment at home. PLEASE NOTE: It's a receiver only device, can't transmit AirPlay 2.
Chromecast Audio
WiiM Pro lets you stream music, TV audio, radio station, podcast and local content from any Chromecast-enabled apps to one or multiple audio devices at the same time.

It's more convenient than ever to control your music and device in one place. With the WiiM Home app, easily browse all your favorite music without jumping to other music apps. Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, TIDAL, TuneIn, Napster, Deezer, and Qobuz are all integrated into the WiiM Home app. You can also control the device EQ, set music alarms, and create personalized routines using the WiiM Home app.
Agnostic Multiroom Audio
Easily build your multiroom sound system with HomePod, Google Home, Alexa devices or multiple WiiM devices and play to multiple audio devices all at the same time. Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect
Use your Spotify or TIDAL app as your remote control for WiiM Pro and stream directly from these services. WiiM Pro provides higher audio quality and longer operational work range longer than traditional Bluetooth or AirPlay 2 receivers and frees your mobile device for other tasks. Spotify works for both Spotify Free and Premium users. TIDAL works for both HiFi and Master Quality.
Music Alarm and Sleep Timer
Use the WiiM Home App to help establish regular sleep habits by setting a wakeup alarm or creating a sleep timer with your favorite music, radio station, or podcast. Use the app to cater the volume and play time you prefer for better sleep and waking up refreshed.
Gapless playback
Precise gapless playback is essential to your listening experience. With precise gapless playback, playback timing is guaranteed to be identical to the source. WiiM Pro uses two decoders to remove extra samples at the beginning and end of each file and combines them. This works for all the supported music services and music on your phone or local network.
10-band graphic EQ and 26 preset EQ
Twenty-six preset EQ gives you various choices to meet your specific listening needs. The preset EQ includes EQ choices from music genres, bass/treble adjustment, loudness, movie, gaming or speech enhancement etc.You can also custom your own with the 10-band graphic EQ for your room or taste.
Premium Hi-Fi DAC
WiiM Pro features a high-precision, low-jitter Burr-Brown PCM5121 DAC and supports up to 384 kHz/32-bit audio with 106 dB SNR. With a much larger bandwidth and more reliable connection provided by dual-band Wi-Fi than Bluetooth, WiiM Pro is a true Hi-Res streaming DAC device.

As an international traveller you are entitled to bring a certain amount/value of goods that are free of Customs duty and exempt Goods and Services tax (GST) into New Zealand. This is called your duty free allowance and personal goods concession. It is important to review these for any purchases you make on The Mall.
Your duty free allowance entitles you to bring into New Zealand the following quantities of alcohol products free of customs duty and GST provided you are over 17 years of age. You do need to be 18 years or over to purchase.
- Up to six bottles (4.5 litres) of wine, champagne, port or sherry or
- Up to twelve cans (4.5 litres) of beer
- And three bottles (or other containers) each containing not more than 1125ml of spirits, liqueur, or other spirituous beverages
Goods other than alcohol and tobacco, whether purchased overseas or purchased duty free in New Zealand, that have a combined total value not exceeding NZ$700 may also be brought as part of your personal goods concession.
When travelling overseas there are legal limits on the amount of duty free alcohol and other goods you can take with you. These amounts will vary depending on the country you are flying into. We always recommend you check the latest limits and exemptions.
Your order can be picked up at an Auckland Airport Collection Point. There is one in departures and one at arrivals in the international terminal. Alternatively, if you are arriving between 11pm and 6am you will be able to collect your order from our lockers. See map
Please bring your order confirmation email and your passport. If you are collecting from lockers you will have been sent an email with your access code, be sure to have this on you in order to collect your order.
If you’re departing Auckland Airport, we recommend that you come to the Auckland Airport Collection Point at least 60 minutes before your flight. If you miss your pickup time or your flight details have changed please let us know as soon as possible.
When you collect your order you will have the opportunity to inspect the items and sign for them.
If you need to return an item, our Collection Point team are there to help you. If you are collecting after hours please return the item to your locker and our team will be in touch as soon as possible. After Hours Collections
If your order needs to be collected after the Auckland Airport Collection Point desk is closed, your order will be placed in the lockers next to the desk. All the details you will need to collect your order will be provided in your Order Confirmation and Ready to Collect Email.
