Collecting your order
The Collection Point is open at international terminal for both arriving and departing flights now. Please check with your airlines for the latest information on the flights (or refer to our AIAL flight board). If your flight details have changed or you need assistance with your recent purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Buy now pick up later
When you shop on The Mall's international experience, you can enjoy the convenience of planning and paying for your purchases ahead of your travel with safe, contactless pick up at your chosen Collection Point in the International Terminal.
How does it work?
Step 1: Shop
When you place an order, choose where you would like to pick it up from. It will then show in your order confirmation email.
Step 2: Confirm
At least 6 hours prior to your international flight, you will receive a Ready to Collect email reminder.
Step 3: Collect
On your day of travel, follow the email instructions to your selected Collection Point in the International Terminal.
Please ensure you bring the following with you when you pick up your order:
- Your order confirmation email
- Your passport for identification purposes
Where to collect when departing from Auckland Airport
If you choose to collect on departure, you'll find the Collection Point once you have cleared immigration and security screening, just past the Aelia Duty Free store. Please make sure you collect your order at least 60 minutes prior to your flight departure.
The Departures Collection Point is open from 5am to 1:30am NZST.
Any liquids aerosols or gels (LAGs) will be packed in clear sealed bags to make passing through security easier at your next destination.
Where to collect when arriving into Auckland Airport
If you choose to collect on arrival, you'll find the Collection Point after clearing immigration, in the baggage claim hall, opposite baggage belt 2.
Arrivals Collection Point is open from 6am to 11pm NZST.
If you are arriving between 11pm and 6am NZST you may be collecting your items from our eLockers. Be sure to double check your confirmation email.
