MESH ENABLED
The CloudMesh Hybrid Gateway (NL19MESH) works wirelessly with the CloudMesh Satellite (NS-01), forming a single powerful Whole Home Wi-Fi Mesh network with all the control and settings centralized on the gateway. The gateway becomes the Wi-Fi Mesh master node and the Wi-Fi client device roams seamlessly between satellites and the gateway.
WI-FI AUTOPILOT
Every Hybrid CloudMesh Gateway includes the CloudMesh Wi-Fi Autopilot.
Wi-Fi Autopilot constantly scans and analyses the end-user Wi-Fi environment. If any detrimental changes are detected, the Autopilot adjusts the gateway’s Wi-Fi parameters. Any action taken is based on a patented and weighted algorithm ensuring that the internet connection experience is not compromised. It ensures that every Wi-Fi client device is connected on the best possible channel, using the fastest available band, at the perfect RF power level and at the closest Wi-Fi access point.
EASY PAIRING WITH CLOUDMESH SATELLITES
The CloudMesh system is a turnkey, out-of-the-box solution. ISP Satellite pre-provisioning is available via a cloud portal and API, allowing for a Zero Touch configuration experience for the end-user. There is also an easy and fast alternative for in home setup using WPS buttons.

The CloudMesh Wi-Fi Analytics Platform is a turnkey, CPE integrated, cost-effective solution that provides the ultimate visibility into the health of the subscriber’s Wi-Fi home network.
It can dramatically lower operational costs and create superior end-user experiences. It does this by enabling proactive diagnostic, management and control of a subscriber’s home Wi-Fi environment, helping to resolve even the most elusive Wi-Fi problems.
4G FALLBACK CONNECTIVITY
Benefit from hybrid technology to achieve an undisrupted broadband experience from the very start. Equipped with a 4G LTE category 6 module, the CloudMesh Hybrid Gateway will connect to the mobile network allowing:
4G mobile fallback connectivity – If the fixed line service is interrupted the gateway will automatically switch to the 4G mobile network. It will switch back to the fixed line service when that service resumes, guaranteeing continuity.
Faster internet connection – The CloudMesh Hybrid Gateway enables superfast internet access before the fixed line service is even activated, allowing end users to connect faster, without any waiting period.
MADE FOR NBN AND UFB
Featuring a Gigabit WAN port as well as VDSL2/ADSL2 technologies, the CloudMesh Hybrid Gateway will connect with FTTN, FTTB, FTTC and FTTH. The Gateway also features VoIP for HD quality voice calls with the capacity to connect two (2) phones.
CLOUD ORCHESTRATION
To operate effectively, multiple Wi-Fi access points within the same environment need a centralized point of coordination and control. This is done by the Wi-Fi Analytics Cloud.
In addition to that, the Cloud is performing all the CPU intensive processing and is using sophisticated machine learning techniques to detect and recognize historical Wi-Fi environment patterns to avoid future Wi-Fi interference.

As an international traveller you are entitled to bring a certain amount/value of goods that are free of Customs duty and exempt Goods and Services tax (GST) into New Zealand. This is called your duty free allowance and personal goods concession. It is important to review these for any purchases you make on The Mall.
Your duty free allowance entitles you to bring into New Zealand the following quantities of alcohol products free of customs duty and GST provided you are over 17 years of age. You do need to be 18 years or over to purchase.
- Up to six bottles (4.5 litres) of wine, champagne, port or sherry or
- Up to twelve cans (4.5 litres) of beer
- And three bottles (or other containers) each containing not more than 1125ml of spirits, liqueur, or other spirituous beverages
Goods other than alcohol and tobacco, whether purchased overseas or purchased duty free in New Zealand, that have a combined total value not exceeding NZ$700 may also be brought as part of your personal goods concession.
When travelling overseas there are legal limits on the amount of duty free alcohol and other goods you can take with you. These amounts will vary depending on the country you are flying into. We always recommend you check the latest limits and exemptions.
Your order can be picked up at an Auckland Airport Collection Point. There is one in departures and one at arrivals in the international terminal. Alternatively, if you are arriving between 11pm and 6am you will be able to collect your order from our lockers. See map
Please bring your order confirmation email and your passport. If you are collecting from lockers you will have been sent an email with your access code, be sure to have this on you in order to collect your order.
If you’re departing Auckland Airport, we recommend that you come to the Auckland Airport Collection Point at least 60 minutes before your flight. If you miss your pickup time or your flight details have changed please let us know as soon as possible.
When you collect your order you will have the opportunity to inspect the items and sign for them.
If you need to return an item, our Collection Point team are there to help you. If you are collecting after hours please return the item to your locker and our team will be in touch as soon as possible.
