Terms and Conditions – Club Med & China Southern giveaway

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

a) The Mall 8th Birthday Competition ("Competition") is conducted by Auckland International Airport Limited ("Auckland Airport") in conjunction with Club Med and China Southern. The Competition runs from 12.01am on 1st June 2026 to 11.59pm on 30 June 2026 ("Promotional Period").

b) Information produced by us on how to enter the competition draw and prizes for the competition draw forms part of these Terms. By entering the competition draw, you are deemed to accept these Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and at any time, to replace or amend these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.

c) These terms and conditions incorporate Our Privacy Policy and Our Acceptable Use Policy. It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before entering the Competition. By entering the competition, you agree to receive Marketing communications from Auckland Airport and Club Med and China Southern, and you agree to be bound by the Club Med privacy policy and the China Southern privacy policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY

a) The Competition draw is open to:

• i. New Zealand residents that are at least 18 years old
• ii. New Zealand residents who hold a valid passport and any other required documentation required by the New Zealand and if applicable, the Australian government in order to fly return from New Zealand to Australia.
• iii. Persons who comply with these Terms and the relevant Club Med and China Southern terms and conditions.

b) You are not eligible to enter the competition draw if you are our employee, an employee of any company including Auckland Airport, Club Med, China Southern, Lagardere, PB Tech, Saben, Mountain Jade, eSIMMY, Boh Runga or any other Duty Free store or retailer that sells goods or services at Auckland Airport or on The Mall, or directly involved in providing a prize for the competition, or an immediate family member of such employees.

c) Acting reasonably, we may exclude any person from entering into the Competition.

3. ENTRY

a) You may enter the Competition during the Promotional Period by entering the relevant details requested by, and accepting all conditions provided by, Auckland Airport when directed to the relevant prize-draw landing page.

b) We cannot accept responsibility for any lost, misplaced, illegible, damaged, stolen, late or incomplete entries.

c) We reserve the right to extend or change the Promotional Period.

4. PRIZES

a) After the Promotional Period, eligible entries will be selected to win one of the following prizes:

• i. 1 x 7 night stay for two adults at Club Med Bintan Island, valued at approximately NZD 5,600 (superior room twin share) *flights not included
• ii. 1 x China Southern flight for one person to the value of $3000
• iii. 1 x China Southern flight for one person to the value of $3000

(individually a Prize, together the Prizes)

The China Southern flights must be booked by November 30th 2026.

b) Conditions that apply to the Prizes are:

• i. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• ii. Any additional fees, charges, taxes are to be covered by the prize winners.
• iii. If a Prize is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value.
• iv. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions by our partners, for example, vouchers may have additional terms and conditions and/or and expiry date. Expenses such as but not limited to, travel to accommodation, travel insurance, meals, spending money, and other associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner
• v. The Prize is taken entirely at the prize winner's own risk. The Prize winner is responsible for any tax or other costs arising in relation to or associated with the Prize. You acknowledge that (to the extent permitted by law) we are not liable, and you release and indemnify us and any persons associated with the competition in respect of any claim, for any accident, injury, death, property damage and other losses that may occur in connection with the competition or any Prize.
• vi. We may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• vii. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
• viii. You are only eligible to win one Prize. If Your name gets drawn for another Prize (after already winning a Prize), then Auckland Airport reserves the right to re-draw.

c) The Prizes are subject to the relevant standard conditions for each respective provider as follows:

China Southern Ticket Terms & conditions:

1. Economy Class Ticket: You will enjoy the comfort and convenience of economy class service. This complimentary ticket does not include taxes; you will be required to pay applicable taxes and fees. The award ticket is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is valid only for the prize winner.
2. Fare restriction: The ticket's face value (base fare) must not exceed NZD 3000.00 (taxes excluded) per ticket.
3. Travel Period: All travel must be completed by June 30th, 2027.
4. Ticketing: The ticket must be issued by November 30th, 2026, and no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
5. Changes and Cancellations: Changes or Cancellation is not permitted.
6. Redemption: Please contact john@csair.com for ticket confirmation, Kindly attach a copy of this award letter for verification, along with a copy of your passport for ticket issuance.
7. Route: Travel is valid between Auckland and any China Southern Airlines operated destination, on China Southern Airlines flights only.
8. Liability: China Southern Airlines shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred as a result of using award ticket.
9. Changes to Terms: China Southern Airlines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward ticket or its terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

Club Med Prize Terms & Conditions

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Prize Terms and Conditions ("Prize T&Cs") govern the prize component of the competition and are issued by Club Med, being CLUB MEDITERRANEE (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD ABN 37 051 368 492 of 6/227 Elizabeth St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia ("Club Med").

The Promoter is solely responsible for the conduct of the competition, including the draw, winner notification, and compliance with applicable laws. Club Med is the prize supplier only.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by these Prize T&Cs in addition to any terms imposed by the Promoter. These Prize T&Cs are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

2. THE PRIZE

The prize is a 7-night all-inclusive stay at Club Med Bintan Island for two (2) adults in one (1) superior room, twin share ("the Prize").

The Prize includes:

• Accommodation for 7 nights at Club Med Bintan Island
• All-inclusive meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and snacks during the stay
• Standard beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Access to Club Med resort facilities and included activities as available during the stay
• Access to Club Med's kids' clubs for ages 4-17 and supervised activities for children (where applicable and subject to age requirements)
• Transfers between Bintan Island ferry terminal (Bandar Bentan Telani) and the resort

The Prize does not include, and the winner is responsible for:

• Travel insurance (which is strongly recommended and may be required)
• Visa, passport, or other travel document fees
• Transport between New Zealand and Bintan Island (flights and ferry)
• Spa treatments, excursions, premium alcoholic drinks or other optional extras not listed as inclusions
• Any costs incurred prior to arrival or after departure
• Any items of a personal nature
• Any childcare for children under the age of 4

The Prize is valued at approximately NZD 5,600 based on one (1) superior room at Club Med Bintan Island for two (2) adults for seven (7) nights. Prize value may fluctuate. The Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Prize is only available to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

The Prize is only available to entrants who are new customers of Club Med, defined as a person who has not previously made a booking, completed a stay at, or purchased any product or service from Club Med in any country prior to the competition commencement date. Club Med reserves the right to verify new customer status prior to releasing the Prize.

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of Club Med and the Promoter, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling or partner), are not eligible to win the Prize.

4. PRIZE REDEMPTION

The Prize must be redeemed by 28 May 2027 ("Redemption Deadline"). The Prize will be forfeited if it has not been redeemed by the Redemption Deadline.

The winner's travel must commence no later than 28 May 2027 ("Latest Travel Date"). The Prize will lapse if travel has not commenced by the Latest Travel Date.

Bookings for the Prize may only be made within 60 days before the intended arrival date and cannot be made earlier.

Travel dates are subject to availability and cannot be taken during the following peak or blackout periods ("Blackout Periods"):

• New Zealand school holiday periods
• Christmas and New Year period (typically 20 December to 10 January)
• Chinese New Year and Chinese Golden Week
• Any other period where Club Med Bintan reaches 70–80% or greater occupancy
• Any period otherwise designated by Club Med in its reasonable discretion

If a requested travel date falls within a Blackout Period, Club Med will offer alternative available dates. If no mutually agreeable date can be found within 30 days of Club Med offering alternatives, the Prize may be forfeited.

It is strongly recommended that the winner obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Club Med reserves the right to require evidence of adequate travel insurance before confirming the Prize booking.

The winner must hold a valid passport and obtain all necessary visas, permits and other travel documents at their own expense. The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Club Med's resort, including its accommodation policies, code of conduct, and any health and safety requirements in force at the time of travel.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The winner will be notified by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's competition terms. Club Med is not responsible for winner notification.

The winner must contact Club Med at sales@clubmedau.com within 10 business days of being notified by the Promoter to claim the Prize ("Claim Period"). If the winner does not claim the Prize within the Claim Period, the Prize will be forfeited.

Club Med reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity (e.g. government-issued photo ID) and proof of new customer status prior to releasing the Prize. If the winner cannot provide satisfactory proof, the Prize will be forfeited.

It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner may be required to sign a prize acceptance deed or release, which may include consenting to the use of the winner's name and image for promotional purposes. The Prize will be awarded to the person named in the winning entry.

6. CLUB MED'S RIGHTS & LIMITATIONS

Club Med reserves the right to:

• Verify the winner's eligibility and new customer status
• Substitute the Prize (or any element of it) with a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Club Med's control
• Withdraw or modify the Prize in the event of a force majeure event
• Disqualify a winner if Club Med reasonably believes the winner has not complied with these Prize T&Cs or engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or misleading conduct

Club Med is not liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the winner or any accompanying guest in connection with the Prize, except where such liability is caused by Club Med's negligence or breach of a non-excludable guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ).

Subject to New Zealand Consumer Law, Club Med's liability is limited to either re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the relevant service supplied again.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

If Club Med is prevented from or significantly hindered in fulfilling its obligations in relation to the Prize by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, government-directed travel restrictions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, strike, or power failures, Club Med may modify, suspend or withdraw the Prize. Club Med will use reasonable endeavours to offer an alternative where possible.

8. PRIVACY & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Club Med collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles.

Club Med will use the winner's personal information solely for:

• Administering the Prize (including verifying eligibility and arranging travel)
• Complying with its legal obligations
• Sending promotional communications where the entrant has provided express consent

By ticking the Club Med marketing opt-in checkbox on the competition entry form, entrants expressly consent to receiving promotional and marketing communications from Club Med by email and SMS.

Entrants who have opted in may withdraw their consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in Club Med marketing emails, sending 'STOP' to any Club Med marketing SMS, or contacting sales@clubmedau.com.

Club Med may disclose personal information to third parties where necessary to fulfil the Prize. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting sales@clubmedau.com or calling 0800 258 263. 9. GENERAL

These Prize T&Cs do not limit or exclude any rights the winner may have under New Zealand Consumer Law or any other non-excludable consumer protection law.

If any provision of these Prize T&Cs is unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Prize T&Cs represent the entire agreement between Club Med and the winner in relation to the Prize.

5. WINNING

a) The Prize winner will be determined by random draw. The draw will take place at 10am on 30th June 2026. Only a person who originally entered the competition draw is eligible to win a prize.

b) We or Auckland Airport will notify the Prize winners by calling them on the phone number provided when entering and with a follow up email setting out the details of how the Prize can be claimed.

c) If a Prize winner fails to claim the Prize by 5pm 13th July 2026 following notification, the Prize will be forfeited. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to offer the prize either to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random or in a future competition.

d) We may, at any time, verify the validity of a person that has entered the competition draw (including a person's identify, age and place of residence).

e) We may refuse to award the Prize to any person who has, in our view, acted in a fraudulent manner, breached these Terms or gained an unfair advantage in participating in the competition.

f) We are committed to respecting your privacy at all times. By entering the Competition you agree to our Privacy Policy that can be found here.

g) Our determination of the prize winners will be final and binding, and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into.

DEFINED TERMS AND INTERPRETATION

In these Terms, the following words have the following special meanings:

• "Terms" means these competition terms and conditions (as amended from time to time);
• "we", "our", "us" means Auckland International Airport Limited; and
• "you" means a person entering the competition.
