What you need to know
Departing Auckland
Simply browse the range and purchase online before you fly. We'll have your items ready and waiting for you to pick up at our Departures Collection Point in the International Terminal.
Arriving into Auckland
If travelling quarantine free from the Cook Islands, Niue or Australia (from 19th April 2021) you can shop online before you fly and pick up your items at our Arrivals Collection Point in the International Terminal.
Other Destinations
For all travellers arriving into Auckland from other destinations that require a transition into Managed Isolation and Quarantine facilities, unfortunately due to different border processes shopping on The Mall is not available.
Quarantine Free Travel Status changes
Our international click and collect service may be impacted by government changes to the Quarantine Free Travel status. Should you be impacted by this please contact us at help@themall.co.nz and we will assist you.
