Tile Mate 2024 - Light Pink / Hot Pink The Tile Mate 2024 is a Bluetooth-based item tracker. It's designed to help you find lost or misplaced everyday items - like keys, bags, backpacks, water bottles - by attaching or slipping the tracker onto or into them. Using the paired smartphone app, you can ring the tracker, view its last known location, or elicit other locating aids. Easily attach Tile Mate to keys, backpacks and anything else you need to keep track of regularly. Water-resistant with an up to 250 ft Bluetooth range, loud ring and up to 3-year battery. Just open the free Tile or Life360 apps and tap Find to locate your stuff. You can also double press the button on your Tile to ring and find your phone.
Key Features &; Functionality Bluetooth tracking: It uses Bluetooth to connect with your phone, allowing a range in typical conditions (open space) to be up to about 250 ft (˜ 75 m). Sound / Ring feature: If you misplace the tracker, you can ring it using the app. The device will emit a sound (loud enough to locate it). Find your phone: Double-pressing the tracker button can cause your phone to ring, even if it's silenced, which is helpful when the phone is misplaced. Battery life: Offers up to 3 years of battery life per unit (non-rechargeable battery). After that, you need to replace the tracker. Water resistance: It's water-resistant (though not fully waterproof). The rating is IP68 on the 2024 Tile Mate line, meaning it should handle being exposed to dust and being submerged to some degree (but not abuse).
Connectivity &; App / Integration Works with both iOS and Android phones via the Tile or Life360 app. No hub required - it works via Bluetooth and the peer network of other Tile (Life360) users for locating in "crowd-find" scenarios. The tracker also integrates with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice-activated find/alert routines. There is an SOS feature: you can discreetly trigger an SOS alert to your selected Life360 Circle (trusted contacts) if you are in unsafe situations.
What to Look Out For &; Limitations Because the battery is non-replaceable or difficult to replace, once it's worn out (after approx 3 years), you need to replace the unit. Bluetooth range is good in ideal conditions (line of sight, minimal interference) but will be less effective through walls, inside thick bags, or in areas with much radio interference. Real-world performance usually lower than the maximum spec. Though "water-resistant," IP68 doesn't mean it can survive constantly submerged or in very harsh water (e.g. salt water, strong jets). Useful for accidental exposure or light rain/splash-situations. Functionality depends on having a compatible smartphone and keeping Bluetooth and location permissions enabled. If the app is uninstalled or permissions revoked, tracking/ringing features may be disabled. SOS / safety-alert features require both parties (tracker and app users / family / Life360 circle) to be set up correctly, and the app must be running / properly configured. Not all users may know how to set these up.

As an international traveller you are entitled to bring a certain amount/value of goods that are free of Customs duty and exempt Goods and Services tax (GST) into New Zealand. This is called your duty free allowance and personal goods concession. It is important to review these for any purchases you make on The Mall.
Your duty free allowance entitles you to bring into New Zealand the following quantities of alcohol products free of customs duty and GST provided you are over 17 years of age. You do need to be 18 years or over to purchase.
- Up to six bottles (4.5 litres) of wine, champagne, port or sherry or
- Up to twelve cans (4.5 litres) of beer
- And three bottles (or other containers) each containing not more than 1125ml of spirits, liqueur, or other spirituous beverages
Goods other than alcohol and tobacco, whether purchased overseas or purchased duty free in New Zealand, that have a combined total value not exceeding NZ$700 may also be brought as part of your personal goods concession.
When travelling overseas there are legal limits on the amount of duty free alcohol and other goods you can take with you. These amounts will vary depending on the country you are flying into. We always recommend you check the latest limits and exemptions.
Your order can be picked up at an Auckland Airport Collection Point. There is one in departures and one at arrivals in the international terminal. Alternatively, if you are arriving between 11pm and 6am you will be able to collect your order from our lockers. See map
Please bring your order confirmation email and your passport. If you are collecting from lockers you will have been sent an email with your access code, be sure to have this on you in order to collect your order.
If you’re departing Auckland Airport, we recommend that you come to the Auckland Airport Collection Point at least 60 minutes before your flight. If you miss your pickup time or your flight details have changed please let us know as soon as possible.
When you collect your order you will have the opportunity to inspect the items and sign for them.
If you need to return an item, our Collection Point team are there to help you. After Hours Collections
If your order needs to be collected after the Auckland Airport Collection Point desk is closed, your order will be placed in the lockers next to the desk. All the details you will need to collect your order will be provided in your Order Confirmation and Ready to Collect Email.
