Kiwi Discovery specialises in a range of quality New Zealand dairy products, honey, chocolates, milk powder and other confectionery goods. Food items are packaged specifically for air travel to ensure customers' purchases are still fresh upon arrival at their destination.
Kiwi Discovery also carries a unique range of organic skin care products, an extensive selection of health supplement products, as well as New Zealand sheepskins.

Our Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to you when you purchase a product from us on The Mall, and you agree to be bound by our Terms.
Accuracy of Product Descriptions
We do our best to display accurate information, however we do not guarantee the information is always up to date, accurate or complete, including product descriptions, photographs or pricing information. All measurements are approximate only.
If a product that you have purchased is not as described or pictured, you may return that product to us in an unused condition and we will provide a refund for the product to you.
Product Availability
Products displayed may not be available for purchase in Kiwi Discovery store and may only be available to purchase on The Mall.
Kiwi Discovery may change or discontinue products at any time without any prior notice to you.
If you have placed an order for a product that is no longer available (or becomes unavailable), the Mall (on behalf of Kiwi Discovery) will advise you of this and we will provide you with a refund.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of goods and services tax (GST). We may change the prices at any time, however if you submit an order for a product before any price change, then the purchase price for the product will be the price that was displayed at the time you submitted your order.
Kiwi Discovery offers an online only pricing on selected items available exclusively for The Mall customers, these prices can not be matched in store. Qualifying items are identified with the 'Online Only' label. Selected items on online only prices are available for a limited time, while stock lasts and can be changed without prior notice given.
Warranty
Subject to any of our legal obligations, Kiwi Discovery will replace your Kiwi Discovery product within 12 months of purchase if it has faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. We ask that you return your product as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement.
Please contact help@themall.co.nz for instructions on how to return products under warranty.
We are happy to refund any faulty item(s) with proof of purchase.
We accept exchanges only in their original condition within 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase. This policy is not applicable for sale items.
We are unable to accept change of mind refunds.
