How to use Insta360 Mic Air (1 TX + 1 RX): Connecting the Transmitter to a USB-C Device via Receiver 1. Plug the Receiver into the USB-C port of your phone, tablet or computer.2. Long press the button on the Receiver for 2 seconds to power it on. The Transmitter and Receiver will pair automatically. When the indicator lights on both devices show a solid cyan color, they are connected and ready for use.3. Press the button on the Transmitter once to take a photo or start/stop recording (depending on the selected shooting mode). Double press to toggle noise reduction. Triple press to toggle mute.4. Press the button on the Receiver to adjust the audio input level. The number of illuminated LEDs indicates the current audio input level.5. To pair a new Transmitter with the Receiver, ensure that the new Transmitter is powered off. Then, long press the buttons on both the Transmitter and Receiver simultaneously for 6 seconds. Both devices will enter Pairing Mode and flash cyan rapidly. Once connected, the indicator lighits will turn solid cyan.6. To charge the Transmitter, attach it to the Charging Base. Make sure the charging contacts are properly aligned. Connecting the Transmitter to an Insta360 camera via Bluetooth 1. To connect the Transmitter to a camera for the first time, long press the Transmitter's button for 2 seconds to power it on. Ensure that the Transmitter is not connected to any device, and double press the button to switch to Bluetooth Mode. The indicator light will change from cyan to blue.2. Long press the button for 3 seconds to turn off the Transmitter, then long press the button for 6 seconds to enter Pairing Mode. The indicator light will flash blue rapidly.3. When connecting the Transmitter to the camera, ensure that the camera is powered on. Swipe down on the camera touchscreen to access the Shortcut Menu. Tap "Bluetooth Headset/Microphone" and select "Insta360 Mic Air" to connect to the Transmitter. If the connection is successsful, the Transmitter's indicator will turn solid blue.4. Press the button on the Transmitter once to take a photo or start/stop recording (depending on the selected shooting mode). Double press to toggle noise reduction. Triple press to toggle mute.5. After pairing the Transmitter with the camera, they will automatically reconnect the next time both devices are powered on.6. To connect to a different Insta360 camera, ensure the Transmitter is powered off, then long press the button for 6 seconds to enter Pairing Mode. The indicator light will flash blue rapidly. Connect to another camera as described in step 3.7. The Transmitter will automatically connect to the most recently paired Receiver and camera when powered on. Double press the Transmitter's button to switch connection mode and to connect to the other device without pairing. Notes 1. The accessory will hold just over 30% of battery upon unboxing. Please charge it before use.2. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the Transmitter yourself.3. Use the product only in temperatures between -10°C to 45°C (14°F and 113°F).4. The battery may become damaged and unusable if charged in environments above 45°C (113°F) or below 0°C (32°F).5. Charge the Transmitter by attaching it to the Charging Base and connect it to a power source with the built-in USB-A cable. Once charging is complete, remove the Transmitter.6. Do not drop, strike, or place heavy objects on the Transmitter. Even if there is no visible damage on the exterior, internal components may be damaged, which could affect performance or functionality.7. If the Transmitter has not been used for an extended periocd, the battery may be depleted. Charge the Transmitter to power it on and use it as normal. If you do not plan to use it for a long time, charge the battery to 60% every six months to help extend its lifespan.8. When not in use, store the product in a cool, dry environment.9. Do not dispose of the Transmitter with household waste. Always recycle when possible.10. The Magnet Pendant includes a lanyard. Children should only use it under adult supervision.11. Ensure the Clip Magnet is clipped securely to prevent it from falling and damaging the Transmitter.12. The Transmitter and its accessories contain magnets. Keep them away from pacemakers and other sensitive devices to avoid interference.

Your order can be picked up at an Auckland Airport Collection Point. There is one in departures and one at arrivals in the international terminal. Alternatively, if you are arriving between 11pm and 6am you will be able to collect your order from our lockers. See map
Please bring your order confirmation email and your passport. If you are collecting from lockers you will have been sent an email with your access code, be sure to have this on you in order to collect your order.
If you’re departing Auckland Airport, we recommend that you come to the Auckland Airport Collection Point at least 60 minutes before your flight. If you miss your pickup time or your flight details have changed please let us know as soon as possible.
When you collect your order you will have the opportunity to inspect the items and sign for them.

If your order needs to be collected after the Auckland Airport Collection Point desk is closed, your order will be placed in the lockers next to the desk. All the details you will need to collect your order will be provided in your Order Confirmation and Ready to Collect Email.
